Ordering
How do I request a customer account?
Fill in the registration form with your VAT number; our sales office approves your request within one working day.
Can I order using my own article codes?
Yes, send us your codes and find the products through the search bar.
Is there a minimum order value?
Business customers have a minimum of 50 euros excl. VAT.
Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 4 pm are delivered the next working day.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, at our Ghent trade counter, usually within the hour.
Do you deliver to building sites?
Yes, add the site address and a contact person to your order.
Payment
Which payment methods are available?
On account for business customers, Bancontact and credit card in the webshop.
Where do I find my invoices?
In your customer portal under Documents.
Is VAT reverse-charged for foreign customers?
Yes, for EU companies with a valid VAT number.
Products
Where can I find datasheets?
On every product page under Documents, including safety data sheets.
What does "price on request" mean?
We quote these items individually; request a quote with the button on the product page.
Do you sell per piece or per box?
Each product says so: some items can only be ordered per pack.
Can I request a sample?
For packaging and cleaning products we are happy to send a sample.
